FanTree is an online marketplace with exclusive products for fans of celebrities and athletes. After we architected the administrative portal and core web application, we moved into defining the consumer experience. The effort included not only a comprehensive aesthetic redesign but also the design of a unique incentive tracking structure, competitive rankings and notifications.
